Taupenot Merme, Morey Saint Denis Rouge Vintage:2021 Voerzio's 2015 Barolo Fossati is lengthy and ever so Voerzio's 2015 Barolo Fossati is gorgeous There is a similar reserve to the distinctly focused and linear flavors that enjoy a seemingly unlimited reserve of dry extract that renders the fine grained and silky tannins almost invisible at present though I suspect that they will become much more apparent once the baby fat melts away Here too there is a relatively refined mouthfeel to the nicely vibrant and appealing textured medium bodied flavors that possess slightly better depth on the persistent finish This is a very good Morey villages that is also fashioned in an understated style
